Job Description

- Administer and support the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform across environments.
- Monitor platform health, availability, and API performance against SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Mule Soft, infrastructure, and deployment issues.
- Manage Runtime Fabric (RTF) and Flex Gateway deployments and upgrades.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated releases.
- Develop Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational tasks.
- Support Kubernetes workloads, analyze logs, and investigate service failures.
- Manage Git Hub repositories and enforce version control best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform stability and scalability.

The Successful Applicant





- 5-10 years of experience in Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, or API Support.
- Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and operational tasks.
- Experience with Azure Cloud, Git Hub, and Git Hub Actions.
- Working knowledge of Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, Runtime Manager, RTF, and Flex Gateway.
- Expertise in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments and system operations.
- Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools such as Splunk.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
