Role: Senior Executive – Social Media & Content

Key Responsibilities:
1.Social Media Management
* Manage and grow the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,
and other relevant platforms.
* Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
* Publish, schedule, and optimize content across social channels.

2.Content Creation & Strategy
* Develop engaging content ideas for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website
content.
* Write compelling captions, product copy, campaign messaging, and brand communication.
* Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers to create high-
quality content.

3.Reels & Video Content
* Plan and execute Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.
* Identify trending formats, audio,



and creative concepts to improve reach and engagement.

4.Influencer & Community Management
* Support influencer outreach and collaboration activities.
* Build relationships with creators and brand advocates.
* Manage community engagement initiatives and user-generated content opportunities.

5.Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor content and social media performance.
Other Details:
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
Robust content writing and communication skills.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social media
platforms.
Ability to create content calendars and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Canva and social media management tools.
