Job Description:

- Identify and develop new customers to expand the company's market presence.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and prospective clients to generate business opportunities.
- Promote company products and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the dispatch, accounts, and warehouse teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer database.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Candidates with experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
