Job Description:

Position : Project Manager (Execution)

Exp : 4 - 6 years

Job Location : Vadodara (Travelling required for projects site of fire protection )

Salary Budget : 8.00 LPA

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end execution of fire protection projects including planning, site execution, coordination, testing, commissioning, and project handover while ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete execution of fire protection projects.

- Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors, clients, and site teams.

- Monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, and site activities.

- Ensure smooth installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

- Maintain quality, safety, and statutory compliance standards.

- Handle client communication, progress reviews, and project reporting.

- Resolve site execution issues and ensure timely project completion.





- Supervise contractors and optimize resource utilization.

- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of fire protection systems and project execution.

- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of NFPA, safety standards, and industrial project practices.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

- Good communication and team management skills.

Qualification

Diploma / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, Instrumentation, or related Engineering field.

Experience

Relevant experience in fire protection / EPC / industrial project execution preferred.
