Job Description: A real estate Planning Engineer is the mastermind behind project execution. They turn architectural blueprints into on-time deliverables by crafting detailed schedules, tracking milestones, and identifying roadblocks. They serve as the critical bridge between design, procurement, and in office execution teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. [1, 2, 3] Key Responsibilities

- Project Scheduling: Develop, manage, and update detailed project baseline schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against planned baselines.
- Risk & Delay Management: Analyze potential bottlenecks (materials, labor, weather, supply chain) and prepare delay-catchup or contingency plans.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central hub connecting site execution teams, contractors, architects, billing, and procurement departments.
- Reporting:



Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, look-ahead plans, and presentations for project review meetings.
- Resource & Cost Planning: Assist in forecasting material and labor requirements, and support the billing and invoicing certification process. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: Typically 7-10+ years in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate project planning.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in project planning software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office suite.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholder teams
