Job Description: A security guard at a steel trading or manufacturing facility in the Raipur region protects company assets, monitors entry and exit points, tracks material shipments, and ensures a protected, theft-free environment. [1, 2] Key Responsibilities

- Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points for staff, contractors, and visitors. Verify ID cards and gate passes to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Material Tracking: Check all incoming and outgoing trucks and shipments to ensure they match shipping bills and prevent the theft of valuable steel products.
- Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols around the trading yard, warehouse perimeter, and loading docks.
- Surveillance: Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and video monitors to detect any suspicious activity.
- Emergency Response: Act as a first responder during incidents like fires, accidents, or security breaches.
- Reporting:



Maintain daily logs of all visitor entries, material movements, and security incidents to report to management. [1]

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: 10th or 12th standard pass or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in industrial or plant security. Prior experience in a steel or manufacturing plant is a major plus.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and work in demanding environments (high temperature, noise, or outdoor yards).
- Skills Required: Basic computer literacy for CCTV monitoring, knowledge of fire safety protocols, strict attention to detail, and gate security
