Job Description:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards (QMS).

2. Ensure adherence to company and industry standards and customer specifications.

3. Oversee inspection of incoming fabrics, trims, and accessories.

4. Conduct in-line, random, and final product inspections for fit, construction, and workmanship.

5. Approve samples, patterns, prints, and washes.

6. Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues (stitching, washing, finishing).

7. Implement quality control techniques and processes for continuous improvement and waste reduction.

8. Monitor performance, analyse data, and generate reports as required by the management.

9. Provide technical guidance and coaching to ensure quality practices to be followed.

10. Work with purchasing to set supplier quality requirements.

11. Liaise with buyers/merchandisers on technical aspects and approvals.

12. Maintain quality records, SOPs, and control documentation.

13. Prepare statistical reports and present findings to management.
