Job Description:

As a Production and Maintenance Rolling Mill Head, you'd lead a team, oversee the entire rolling mill operation, ensuring high-quality product output, and manage maintenance activities to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Lead the rolling mill operation, including hot and cold rolling, and finishing processes, ensuring productive production and adherence to schedules.
