Key Responsibilities

- Installation & Maintenance:Install, configure, and maintain various equipment, machinery, and technical systems.
- Troubleshooting & Repair:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex technical issues and equipment malfunctions to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance:Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and procedures for equipment and systems.
- Quality & Safety:Ensure all technical activities and installations comply with established safety regulations and industry standards.
- Leadership & Mentorship (Senior Role):Lead, train, and mentor junior technicians, oversee their work, and provide guidance on technical procedures.




- Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, equipment performance, and safety inspections.
- Process Improvement:Collaborate with engineers and other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement creative technical solutions.
- Technical Expertise:Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:Extensive hands-on experience in technical support, maintenance, or a relevant field.
- Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and repair, including specific tools and diagnostic methods.
- Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting work and collaborating with team members and other departments.
- Attention to Detail:Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, repairs, and compliance.
- Teamwork:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively collaborate as part of a team.
