Job Description:

- Building long-term relationships with customers.

- Addressing customer concerns and complaints.

- In coordination with Sales head creating sales plans to generate revenue.

- Make daily Customer Feedback Calls and Special occasion calls.

- Using CRM programs for data capturing and review of sales.

- Maintain data confidentiality and produce as and when required by management.

- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

- Meeting with Sales head and Design Department for strategic planning.

- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them.

- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

- Do Gifting forecast and planning.
