Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

- Collect data from various departments (Sales, Accounts, Operations, etc.)

- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reports

- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and performance insights

- Generate dashboards and presentations for management review

- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records

- Coordinate with teams for data collection and validation

- Automate reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, or tools

- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis

- Ensure proper documentation and data backup

Key Skills Required

- Robust knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)





- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Educational Qualification

- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / Any stream)

Experience

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in MIS Coordinate/ Sales Coordinate/ Data Analysist

- Timeliness of report submission

- Data completeness and reliability
