Job Description:

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Distribution Manager to oversee the efficient distribution of our tyres within the designated region. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work in a
fast-paced environment, over-deliver on given targets & register exponential growth for the Dunlop brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Distribution Network Management:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the distribution network for Dunlop within the assigned region
- Identify and on-board recent distributors & super-stockists to expand market reach and penetration
- Regularly evaluate the performance of existing channel partners and implement strategies to enhance their effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards across the distribution network.

2. Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels at super-stockists, distributors,



and dealers to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels at each distribution point.
- Implement efficient inventory replenishment processes to ensure product availability and minimize carrying costs.

3. Logistics Coordination:

- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of tyres from our godowns to distributors & super-stockists
- Resolve logistics-related issues, such as transportation delays or damages, to minimize disruptions to the supply chain

4. Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of sales officers to achieve performance targets and objectives.
- Provide mentoring, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
