Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team to ensure operational goals are met.
- Set performance targets and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance team productivity.
- Act as the main point of contact between the team and management.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team setting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement among team members.

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.

Educational Qualification:
