Job Summary
We are looking for an Installation & Support Engineer with experience in installation & support. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support of RFID-enabled Library Management Systems at client locations.

Key Responsibilities
* Install and configure RFID-enabled Library Management Systems.
* Handle hardware setup, software installation, and system configuration.
* Support tagging, cataloguing, data entry, and system integration activities.
* Provide technical support through remote access, ticketing systems, and onsite visits.
* Troubleshoot hardware, networking,



and system-related issues.
* Conduct basic training sessions for clients and end users.
* Maintain service reports, documentation, and support records.
* Coordinate AMC support, follow-ups, and hardware upgrades.
* Ensure smooth client coordination and technical support services.

Required Skills
* Experience in RFID installation support, CCTV installation, printer support, computer hardware, networking, or IT support.
* Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and networking.
* Ability to handle onsite installation and client support activities.
* Valuable communication and coordination skills.
* Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
