nts.
Support for Underwriting & Opera
- tions Assist the Underwriting and Management teams with administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, scanning, and organizing underwriting f
- iles. Coordinate internal approvals, workflows, and communication between local and regional off
- ices. Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and internal submiss
ions.
Finance & Compliance S
- upport Assist in processing invoices, vendor payments,
and expense document
- ation. Help maintain compliance checklists, statutory calendars, and audit document
- ation. Support the Principal Officer in ensuring administrative compliance with local and IFSCA guide
lines.
Travel, Scheduling & Lo
- gistics Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for MAPFRE RE staff visiting GIF

Required Qualifications & E
- xperience2–5 years of administrative or office management experience, ideally within financial services, insurance, or rei
- nsurance. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point,
- Outlook). Familiarity with compliance‑driven environments or regulated entities is an a
- dvantage. Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relat
ed field.
