Job Title: Purchase Manager Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and policies.

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for quality materials and best pricing.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.

- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and recent suppliers.

- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply-related issues.

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements.

- Manage purchase budgets and cost-saving initiatives.

- Review contracts and agreements for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge of vendor sourcing and inventory control.
