Job Description: 20-02-25 HPS/2025/82 -311 Fabrication Supervisor Male 3 0 to 2 ITI/ DME
- Team Management:
- Lead and supervise a team of fabricators, welders, and other production personnel.
- Assign tasks and work orders based on production schedules and employee capabilities.
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
- Conduct employee training on fabrication techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Production Oversight:
- Ensure smooth operation of the fabrication shop, optimizing workflow and production efficiency.
- Monitor production progress against schedules and identify potential delays.
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste, scrap, and rework.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure product specifications are met.
