Experience: 5-7 years in B2B sales building
Qualification: Any Graduation
Salary: 10 to 11 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the B2B market.
- Lead the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating current business opportunities.
- Conduct field sales visits to engage with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with B2B clients.
- Monitor market trends, and competitor activities, and identify potential areas for business growth.
- Provide coaching and leadership to the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to align sales strategies.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing after-sales support.
