Job Description:
Analysis and diagnosis the hydraulic system failures in machines and further initiate
corrective actions to avoid breakdowns.
Skilled in installation, testing and repair work of equipment.
Developed, performed and scheduled preventive condition based maintenance on
routine basis.
Assessing the needs of equipment supplies and spare parts and maintaining their
inventory.
Capable of guiding/leading the mechanical maintenance associates and implementing
the best maintenance strategy for the equipment on assigned shifts.
To explain equipment functionality to other staff and operators.
Reviewing, reporting and maintaining daily report of the machine status.
Ensure and maintain all facility safety precautions, quality and procedures as project
standards.
Documented and submitted all conducted work reports to clients.
Maintenance of mining pneumatic equipments like Rocker Shovel Loader & Hopper,
Eimco Loader, Under-ground Locomotive, Jack Hammer (Drilling Machine).
Relevant knowledge of several mining hydraulic equipments Load Haul Dumper
