Job Description:

Job Summary: As a Junior Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects. This entry-level position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various engineering disciplines while supporting the overall goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Project Planning:

- Collaborate with senior engineers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of project schedules.

- Design and Drafting:

- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to assist in the creation of engineering drawings and schematics.
- Work on design modifications under the guidance of senior engineers.

- Data Analysis:

- Collect and analyze engineering data to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation.

- Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Participate in the testing and evaluation of engineering systems and components.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, project managers,



and technicians.
- Communicate effectively with team members to share progress updates and address any challenges.

- Problem Solving:

- Identify and troubleshoot engineering issues under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Propose and implement solutions to overcome technical challenges.

- Compliance and Regulations:

- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards relevant to the projects being undertaken.
- Ensure that engineering activities adhere to applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

- Continuous Learning:

- Actively participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in the field of engineering.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
