Hiring for the position of Architect for a leading Real Estate & Construction company in Bhubaneswar.

Role: Creating architectural designs, considering structural integrity, aesthetics, functionality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
 Proficient in Mivan construction techniques, which involve the use of aluminum formwork systems for efficient and rapid-paced construction of high-rise buildings.
 Recommending appropriate materials suitable for Mivan construction methods that meet durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness criteria.
 Ensuring the building's structural integrity and safety through appropriate designs and engineering solutions.
Ensuring that the design plans and construction processes adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
 Assisting in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities for the construction process.

Qualification: B.Arch
Exp: Min 12 years in relevant field
Skills: Mivan construction technique, RERA norms
