Job Description:

Qualification: Ph.D. in Polymer chemistry/organic chemistry from a reputed institute.
Experience: min 6 to 12 yrs experience for Polyurethane and polyol resins in development, QC Lab testing, analyze R&D; testing data, R&D; review reports.
Work Location: Khopoli, Dist.: Raigarh, Maharashtra

Job description:
• Must have in-depth chemistry knowledge and an understanding of polyurethane, and polyol chemistry.
• Must undertake new projects as per market demand. Able to understand, and corelate the customer needs to guide the team to develop the recent innovative products.
• Prepare feasibility report, and project plan, and implement along with the R&D; team as per project plan.
• Support the R&D; team to drive the projects.
• Strong soft skills to analyze the R&D; testing data and prepare the investigation report for further action.
• In-depth technical knowledge of each individual project to support the project leader.




• New product scales up from lab to pilot and then plant with necessary changes as per plant requirement to maintain same benchmark product quality.
• Strong skill in searching the technical data for R&D; projects.
• Strong interdepartmental skills to coordinate for calibration of equipment, new RM sourcing, and performance tests in the QC lab,
• Prepare R&D; review reports, PDS of the new products & drive the R&D; review meetings.
• To direct the team below to execute the actions.
• Strong focus on KPI & and commitment to achievement.
• Ability to adopt new techniques.
• Implementation of Corrective and preventive action.
• Continual improvement of existing product lines.

Required Candidate profile: Ph.D. in Polymer chemistry / organic chemistry from a reputed institute with a minimum of 6-12 years of experience in developing Polyurethane and polyol resins.
Strong innovative mind, skills & inquisitiveness in development, data analysis & testing approach. Should have excellent soft skills.
