Role Description
This is a full-time Onsite role located in Kalyan onsite.
HR Recruiter, will be tasked with identifying, attracting, and hiring talented healthcare professionals to join our client's organizations.
Work closely with hiring managers, build relationships with candidates, negotiate offers, and maintain a candidate database.

Qualifications
Any Graduate / Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Location: Kalyan (Khadak Pada)
Sal: 10K - 15K

1+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
