Order Processing & Packaging:
Accurately process and package orders from e-commerce platforms, ensuring they meet brand and quality standards.

Generate shipping labels and invoices, schedule courier pickups, and coordinate with warehouse staff for smooth dispatch operations.

Logistics Coordination:
Liaise with logistics partners (e.g., Delivery, Blue Dart) for order pickups, track shipments, and manage RTO cases.

Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock outs.

Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of dispatches, shipments, and courier reconciliations.

Customer Support:
