We Are Hiring In Area Collection Manager Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Area Collection Manager

Department: Collections / Credit Control

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the field collection team across assigned locations.

- Monitor daily collection activities and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly recovery targets.

- Analyze delinquent accounts and strategize recovery actions.

- Develop region-specific recovery plans based on portfolio performance and risk segmentation.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, and regulatory compliance during collection.

- Coordinate with legal teams for escalated or legal recovery processes.

- Review MIS reports, track bounce rates, and take corrective action.

- Conduct regular training, performance reviews,



and motivation sessions for the collection team.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.

- Collaborate with internal departments (credit, operations) for better resolution of issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in collections, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

- Solid leadership and people management skills.

- Knowledge of collection strategies, recovery techniques, and legal processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with collection software, reporting tools, and CRM systems.
