Job Description:

- Design Creation: Develop layouts for ads, brochures, websites, social media, and packaging.

- Conceptualization: Study design briefs, prepare rough drafts, and present ideas.

- Collaboration: Work with marketing, copywriters, and creative directors to produce final designs.

- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across all platforms.

- Technical Execution: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools to produce, revise, and finalize graphics.

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback.

- Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio.

- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Design Skills: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and, in some cases, motion graphics.

- Education: A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is often required, or equivalent experience.
