Job Description: A Civil Supervisor in a construction company oversees daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with structural, quality, and safety standards. They manage subcontractors and workers, interpret blueprints, schedule, and coordinate resources. Core Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Direct on-site construction activities, managing workers and subcontractors to ensure efficiency.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to engineering drawings, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Planning & Scheduling: Organize work schedules, coordinate labor, and manage resources (materials and equipment) to meet deadlines.
- Safety Management: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (PPE compliance), conducting regular inspections to identify hazards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily logs, track project progress, manage, and report on material consumption and manpower.
- Problem-Solving:



Resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and resource shortages in office.

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision or relevant construction roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and structural plans.
- Certifications: Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
