Job Description: Learning the Sponge Iron Production Process:

- Understanding the stages: The trainee would learn about the different stages involved in producing sponge iron, such as raw material preparation, reduction, and final product handling.
- Process parameters: Understanding critical parameters like temperature, pressure, gas flow, and their impact on the process.
- Equipment operation: Learning about the various equipment used in the process, such as furnaces, mixers, and conveyors.

2. Process Control and Monitoring:
- Data logging: Recording and monitoring process parameters during the production cycle.
- Quality control: Assisting with quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Troubleshooting: Assisting with identifying and resolving minor issues that arise during the process.





3. Material Handling:
- Raw material handling: Assisting with the handling and storage of raw materials used in the production process.
- Finished product handling: Assisting with the handling and storage of the final sponge iron product.

4. Quality Assurance:
- Sample collection and testing: Assisting with collecting and testing samples to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report generation: Preparing basic reports on quality control results.
