Job Description: An Operator of a DM (Demineralization) Plant is responsible for operating and maintaining the plant to produce high-purity, mineral-free water for industrial use. Key duties include monitoring equipment, testing water quality, performing routine maintenance, handling chemicals, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Core responsibilities

- Plant operation: Start, stop, and monitor the equipment to ensure continuous, protected, and efficient production of demineralized water.
- Water quality monitoring: Regularly test and monitor water quality parameters to ensure it meets required standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs on plant equipment.
- Chemical handling: Safely handle and use necessary chemicals for the demineralization process,



including adjusting dosages as needed.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational problems and equipment malfunctions to prevent downtime.
- Record keeping: Accurately log data on production, maintenance activities, chemical consumption, and other relevant operational metrics.
- Safety and compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and environmental regulations. Maintain cleanliness within the plant premises.
- Coordination: Communicate with other teams, like maintenance, to schedule and execute repairs and ensure smooth plant operations.
