Job Summary

The Inside Sales Engineer / Officer will be responsible for managing the complete sales coordination process from inquiry generation to purchase order (PO) closure. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth order execution, timely delivery, and systematic payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, good communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the complete inquiry to PO (Purchase Order) process efficiently

Coordinate with the sales team for preparation of quotations, negotiations, revisions, and final order closure

Communicate with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements and provide timely responses

Act as a single point of contact between sales, production, logistics, dispatch,



and accounts teams

Plan and manage occasional client visits as required for meetings or order coordination

Ensure accurate documentation including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery records

Track order status and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery

Follow up with clients for payment collection and coordinate with accounts team to resolve billing or payment-related issues

Maintain proper and updated records of inquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments

Prepare and share sales coordination reports, order status updates, and payment follow-up reports with management

Support management and sales team in achieving sales targets through effective coordination

Ensure high customer satisfaction through qualified communication, timely follow-ups, and quick resolution of issues
