Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
2. Build relationships with architects, engineers, builders, and contractors.
3. Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
4. Promote PEB products and services to potential clients.
5. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and operations).
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any stream.
2. 1-5 years of sales experience in the construction industry .
3. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
6. Knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and regulations
