Job Description:

Working – 6 days a week

Competencies:

- Sound knowledge & experience in AS9100 / ISO9001/ ISO14001
- Checking and unloading. Deliveries safely in the correct areas.
- Responsible to ensure and maintain the Identification and the Traceability of stored Goods.
- Responsible to maintain accurate inventory.
- Responsible for on-time supply of goods to his customers following FIFO/ LIFO, Complete day to day activities on Time.
- Material issue to internal customer and update the same in IFS system.
- Monitoring of receipt import documents and issue documents and keeping records for audit and finance Purpose.
- Trains the operators to use available resources effectively.
- Maintain '5' S daily in stores area.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties, commensurate with the job title, as may be determined by the department head.




- Knowledge about the Shelf life of the Product
- Knowledge about GST
- Reconciliation of Subcontracting Material
- Creation of Air waybill and E-way bill.
- Knowledge about the Export and Import Documentation
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Tools: Expertise in Microsoft MS office tools, ERP System.

Responsibilities:

- Manpower Management.
- Efficiently usages of available Resource.
- Due to Material Shortages Zero Line Stoppage.
- Export Shipment Management
- Documents Management.
- Maintain the System VS Physical Stock Accuracy.
