Qualification: Fresher MBA, Any Graduate

SALARY: Up to 3.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and Identify Leads: Actively research and identify recent sales opportunities in the market.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our decor products and solutions to effectively present them to clients.
- Sales Presentation and Negotiation: Deliver compelling presentations to clients, handle objections, and negotiate deals to close sales.




- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Market Analysis: Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Report Generation: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Follow-Up and Support: Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, provide product support, and resolve any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
