Job Description
Inbound & Outbound Operations
- Oversee daily receiving and shipping schedules.
- Verify incoming shipments against delivery documents.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatching.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Perform regular cycle counting procedures.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
System & Data Management
- Execute all warehouse transactions in SAP.
- Maintain real-time data accuracy in system.
- Generate daily operational report summaries.
- Track key warehouse performance metrics (KPIs).
Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in warehouse management.
Technical Skills
- ERP: Mandatory hands-on expertise in SAP (WM/MM modules).
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Logistics: Deep knowledge of supply chain processes.
