About the Role: We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Operations/ Data Entry Executive to support our day-to-day business operations by ensuring accurate and timely data management across our internal systems. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, Business Development, and Design to maintain high-quality data, keep records up to date, and support smooth operational workflows. Whether you have prior experience in data entry or are a fresher eager to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately across internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before uploading or updating records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and organize information required for data updates.
- Maintain and update records related to sessions, leaders, customers, and other operational activities.




- Perform regular data quality checks and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Generate basic reports using Google Sheets or Excel to support business operations.
- Ensure all information is entered within defined timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Help maintain organized documentation and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and online tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Basic communication skills and willingness to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Freshers with strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
