About the Role: BRD CAR WORLD is looking for enthusiastic and customer focused Relationship Managers to join our NEXA Showroom in Thrissur. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoy building long-term customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
- Manage customer enquiries, test drives, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcpome to apply.
- Prior experience in automobile sales, banking, insurance, retail sales, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Postive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
