About Position:
We are looking for Academic Counsellor who could explain students about our courses and programs. The goal is to generate maximum leads and engage Students and Parents with Jetking. He/She must have positive communication and convincing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students and deal with new students and existing queries to generate leads animation and multimedia programs.
- Should provide professional and career guidance to students interested in the courses
- Responsible for admission student admission cycle: follow up, counselling, support and retention
- Responsible for achieving individual admission targets
- Responsible for achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiring to admissions
- Ensure smooth and hassle-free admission process for new students
- Arrange meeting of potential leads with the faculties
- Engage with parents of the candidates to ensure both the stakeholders are invested for students future
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth engagement and lead generation
Key Skills & Competencies:
Passion for education and creative fields like animation, gaming, and VFX.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Prior experience in educational institutions or training centers is a plus.
Qualification & Experience:
- 13 years of experience in academic counseling, preferably in animation/multimedia or vocational training.
