Responsibilities

- Business Acquisition: Strategically identify, pitch, and close high-volume B2B contract orders for customized modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home interior solutions.
- Key Account Management: Map out upcoming projects and nurture long-term alliances with principal developers, builders, procurement heads, architects, and project consultants.
- Value Proposition: Position our end-to-end execution, international quality standards, and precision engineering as the premier choice in the market.
- Experiential Pitching: Utilize our large-format showrooms to guide institutional stakeholders through our immersive design environments.
- Cross-functional Coordination:



Liaise with internal technical design, factory estimation, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery and technical accuracy.

Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in B2B project sales or institutional marketing within the interior design, modular furniture, or premium building materials space.
- Skilled Network: A robust, active network of corporate builders, developers, and commercial architects is highly desirable.
- Commercial Acumen: Expertise in navigating structured corporate tendering processes, complex sales cycles, and large-ticket pricing negotiations.
- Communication: Exceptional C-suite pitching proficiency with professional fluency in English and regional business languages.
