Description We are seeking a skilled Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in engineering design and project management. You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success. Responsibilities Design and develop engineering solutions for projects Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements Perform testing and validation of prototypes and products Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers Prepare documentation including design specifications and reports Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Participate in project meetings and presentations to stakeholders Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) Solid understanding of engineering principles and methodologies Experience with project management tools and techniques Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations Knowledge of programming languages (C++, Python, etc.) is a plus
