We're now building our in-house design team to power the next phase of our apparel growth.About the RoleAs our Fashion Designer, you'll own apparel design across Martizy's brand portfolio - from seasonal concepts and drop planning to tech packs, sampling, and production handoff. You'll design for distinct brand identities ranging from affordable trend-led lifestyle to premium streetwear, translating each brand's language into products that feel right in hand, not just on screen. This is a founding-team role: you'll work directly with the founder and see your designs go from sketch to live sale.What You'll DoDesign apparel collections across Martizy's brand verticals - streetwear, essentials, athleisure/activewear, and trend-led lifestyle wearBuild complete tech packs: flats, measurements, spec sheets, trims, wash/finish details, and BOMsResearch fabrics, trims, and finishes; work with mills and vendors to source materials that balance quality and startup-viable costsManage the sampling cycle end-to-end - vendor briefs, fit sessions, corrections,
