Being Health is a therapist-led, virtual mental health care organization committed to helping people emotionally transform their lives.

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist (1-2 years experience) to join our therapist-led mental health practice and work closely with the founder.

Role Overview: You will work with clients dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety (including health anxiety), and emotional regulation through structured, depth-oriented therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 1:1 online therapy sessions

Work with clients in a structured 10-week therapeutic journey

Conduct and interpret psychological assessments

Maintain clinical documentation and ethical standards

Use evidence-based, formulation-driven approaches

Who we're looking for:

Qualified Clinical Psychologist (1-2 years experience)

Strong communication skills, empathy, and emotional understanding

Ability to build therapeutic alliance with explicit boundaries

Comfortable working with deep, complex emotional concerns

Open to supervision, feedback, and continuous learning
