Ocean Finvest India Pvt. Ltd. is a SEBI-registered investment advisor (INA000020369) serving 6,000+ client families since 2014. We build in Xits, our proprietary wealth-advisory platform. We’re 33 people and scaling across Gujarat and Mumbai.

We’re looking for an Accounts Executive to own day-to-day finance operations and grow with the function as the business scales.

What you’ll do

- Maintain books in Tally — journal entries, ledger scrutiny, bank and ledger reconciliation
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and follow-ups
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B), handle TDS deduction, payment and quarterly returns
- Process payroll inputs, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, PT, ESIC)




- Manage advisory fee billing and receipt reconciliation across the client book
- Support monthly closing, MIS preparation, and management reporting
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audit
- Assist with SEBI-related financial reporting and net-worth certification inputs
- Maintain clean documentation and audit trails

Who we’re looking for

- 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience
- B. Com / M. Com; CA Inter or CMA Inter candidates strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and advanced Excel
- Practical familiarity with GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance
- Accuracy under deadline pressure — month-end and quarter-end don’t move
- Ability to work independently and flag issues early rather than late
- Financial services or NBFC/broking experience is an advantage, not a requirement
