Manage the complete user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and account modifications across Active Directory, Office 365, and related systems.
Provide L2 technical support to users across APAC offices and manage escalations from local L1 support teams, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
Monitor servers and storage systems, respond to alerts, plan capacity, and address performance or availability issues proactively.
Administer, patch, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2025 environments, including handling hardware faults, firmware updates, and warranty upgrades with OEM vendors.
Maintain and update the IT asset inventory (hardware, software licenses, peripherals), ensuring accurate records, timely audits, and lifecycle tracking.
Manage and troubleshoot office network infrastructure — LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN — to ensure high uptime and secure connectivity.
Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for warranty renewals, hardware replacements, and RMA processes.
Leverage AI-based tools and automation to diagnose recurring issues, generate resolutions, and improve support efficiency.

Document procedures, known issues, and standard operating procedures for the wider IT team.

Requirements

Key Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Windows 11 desktop administration and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with Windows Server 2025 — installation, configuration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point, One Drive, licensing, and security).
Practical experience using AI-based tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar)



to diagnose and resolve system issues.
Demonstrated ability to manage escalations, prioritize tickets, and communicate clearly with users and stakeholders across geographies.
Experience maintaining IT asset inventories and coordinating warranty and vendor management.

Network troubleshooting skills, including TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic firewall administration.

Desirable Skills:

Working knowledge of Azure (Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, Intune)
Exposure to AWS
Experience with hybrid identity and SSO solutions (Okta, Azure AD, ADFS)
Familiarity with virtualization platforms (Proxmox, Hyper-V)
Endpoint protection tools (Crowd Strike, Netskope)
Multi-factor authentication and Conditional Access policy design
Vulnerability management and patch compliance tools
Awareness of ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR/DPDP requirements

Basic understanding of Zero Trust principles

Experience: 4 - 7 years
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in IT support and systems administration, ideally with regional/APAC exposure.

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, MS-102 (Microsoft 365), CCNA, or ITIL Foundation.

Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM) and ticketing systems (Service Now, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; comfort working across APAC time zones.
