The Impact You'll Have
As a trusted governance and compliance partner, you'll help safeguard the legal and corporate framework of our India business while supporting a global organisation operating across multiple jurisdictions. Your expertise will help ensure we maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and stakeholder trust.
What You'll Do
- Act as whole time Company Secretary of Ingenico International India Private Limited in accordance with applicable Indian company law requirements
- Manage Board, Committee and Shareholder meetings, including agendas, minutes and governance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, MCA/ROC requirements and statutory filing obligations.
- Partner with legal, finance and business stakeholders on governance, restructuring and compliance matters.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors and external advisors while driving best-practice governance processes.
About You
- Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) with valid membership
- 6-12 years of relevant experience in a multinational company, listed organisation, law firm or corporate secretarial services environment.
- Experience in financial services / fintech / technology or similar highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, MCA/ROC processes and Indian corporate secretarial compliance.
- Experience supporting Board and ExCo meetings and preparing governance documentation.
- Degree in Law, Business or Commerce, Higher Education highly regarded.
- Exposure to international groups, APAC entities
- Strong communication skills (including fluent English) with the ability to build trusted relationships across stakeholders.
