Roles & Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead the implementation of best practices and innovative approaches to software development within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives and project goals.

Skilled & Technical Skills
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and developing scalable software components.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within larger system architectures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
