Job Description
Design Eexperience of Automotive Restraint components like Airbags,Steering wheel and Seat belts
Hands on experince on overall Restraint system design & development process & activities involved at every stages of Program.
Knowledge of engineering plastic materials and processes, dimensional management, GD&T.;
Hands on experience on Product life cycle management system (PLM) -TCE & TCUA.
Creating Engineering Concept design, master sections, macro feasibility during styling stage
Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP
Knowledge of Restraint regulations
Positive analytical, logical and interpersonal skills
Valuable knowledge of Catia V5-3D modeling in surfacing as well as solid. Generating 2D drawings,3D annotation etc
Job Responsibility:
Project delivery related to engineering and design from kick off to implementation including QFD, benchmarking
