Job Responsibilities
Support regional operations for home connect and care
Ensure productive and effective technical support within the defined SLAs
Understand issues / calls / escalation coming at technical help desk / call center
Define processes to reduce tickets in the field to engineers
Conduct cross-functional workshops / trainings to minimize the care calls
Publish reports on installation and service request to improve operational efficiency
Improve skill set of field manpower to bring in a multi-skill set based working culture
Undertake weekly / monthly reconciliation of material with no gap
Ensure customer satisfaction and minimize customer complaints
Education Requirement
B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Experience Requirement
12 - 18 years
