Job Description

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of a multi-tenant Laravel-based Healthcare Information Management System (HIMES).
Architect scalable, secure, and modular software solutions using Laravel 9+ features and best practices.
Guide and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and documentation.
Ensure the system adheres to software development best practices, including object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Integrate third-party services, RESTful APIs, and manage webhook-driven workflows.
Handle large-scale data transactions and write optimized SQL queries using SQL Server.
Work with caching strategies, queue drivers,



Laravel broadcasting, Redis, and Web Sockets to enhance application performance.
Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and Docker-based deployment workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with domain-specific regulations, especially within the healthcare sector.
Utilize tools like Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI for API documentation and testing.
Implement robust unit testing frameworks such as PHPUnit or Pest to ensure code quality and reliability.
