Area Sales Manager - LAP

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager for LAP plays a pivotal role in driving sales strategies and achieving ambitious revenue targets. This position involves managing relationships with clients, leading a energetic sales team, and ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the designated area.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Requirements:
