Job Description

Responsibilities:

Service Now Development & Customization:
Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules.
Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, and automation using Java Script, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Configure and manage CMDB to ensure accurate asset and configuration data.

Automation & AI/ML Integration:
Implement automation solutions to streamline IT and business processes.
Leverage AI/ML capabilities in Service Now to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Continuously explore AI-enabled features to improve workflow intelligence and predictive analytics.

Integration & Collaboration:
Integrate Service Now with external systems and third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and middleware tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations,



business stakeholders, and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Support Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective sessions.

Troubleshooting & Optimization:
Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and configuration errors.
Ensure Service Now instances are optimized, secure, and compliant with best practices.
Provide support for production issues and assist in release management.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, workflows, and integrations.
Share knowledge with peers and mentor junior developers on best practices and coding standards.
